That only child in the backyard belting out ‘Hakuna Matata’ from The Lion King at the top of her lungs? That’s Emma. Even from a young age, Emma knew she was designed for connection. As she acted out the feature-length version of Cinderella (playing every character herself), Emma dreamed of love, friendships, and what life would have in store for her.
Emma’s life purpose has always revolved around the facilitation of humans having the permission to feel. Feel something.
A decade in front of large crowds on grand stages in the UK followed by an additional 12 years in fitness arenas allowed Emma to unearth the realisation that humans are constantly seeking connection and presence through experience.
Emma has built the foundations of her consultancy service on this very concept; that experiences constructed around the five pillars will ultimately give any facility the capacity to deliver an end-to-end member journey that is innovative and cutting edge.

Kyle started in the fitness industry in 2010 with a degree in exercise science and has travelled the world speaking, educating and implementing personalised and holistic health principles with a passion to change the paradigm within the fitness industry. Kyle has had the opportunity to learn from some of the world’s leading experts in the fields of epigenetics and holistic health and has played a role in helping thousands of people improve their health and quality of life in his time . working with the likes of the Biggest Loser Health Retreat as well as teaching hundreds of fitness professionals and gym owners as an educator and business mentor.
Kyle is proud co-owner of Therapy Fitness, a multi-studio boutique facility, where he over sees operations, sales and marketing.
